SHIPPING POLICY
We currently offer free shipping throughout the Mexican Republic on purchases over $799, using PAQUETEEXPRESS or a similar courier service.
The average shipping time may vary depending on the buyer's location, as well as the availability of the courier company. It also depends entirely on the courier service you select at the time of your purchase, as we offer different options.
The delivery period will be longer than usual near holidays and high-demand dates, and may sometimes be affected if the complete and correct address is not provided.
If your order has not been delivered within the indicated period, please contact the courier service first, as they have access to the details of your shipment. We will also help you track it until you receive it. Please note that shipments to border areas of the country can take up to 10 days or more, depending on the chosen shipping method.
If express shipping is required, we offer an option with an additional cost, whose average delivery time is usually 48 to 72 business hours, but may be longer depending on your location.
We ask you to ensure that your address and contact information are correct and complete, as we will not be responsible for undelivered shipments in cases where this is due to an error in your address.
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, we will give you the option of a new shipment with another courier service, at no cost to you, or a full refund once the original shipment returns to our offices.
RETURNS POLICY
If the product does not arrive in adequate condition, or is not the product described in our online store, an exchange will be made at no cost to the buyer.
The customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, by sending an email to hola@theyellowclip.com
If the product is not as described, it must be returned in perfect condition.
Please note that product colors may be slightly different from what you see on your monitor, due to its color calibration.
