How to make a vision board
When you think about the future, you generally visualize the plans and goals that will guide us to work towards making them a reality, but we cannot always make these goals effective. Sometimes we only think about them for a few moments or for a short period of time.
This is where using techniques and tools that allow us to materialize these plans to keep them in sight plays a very important role. Then we can see how we are progressing and if they are being fulfilled. A great example is the dream board or Vision Board.
With this, you can plan your objectives, purposes or goals for the future in more depth, such as thinking about a new house, a car, a trip, losing a few pounds, changing jobs, etc.
What is a Vision Board?
A Vision Board is a visual tool in the form of a board, made up of images, phrases, colors and words, which will represent your dreams, objectives and goals; and whose purpose is for you to become aware of and visualize them in your daily life, so that you are motivated and focused on achieving them.

Steps to make a Vision Board
1. Identify your goals, objectives, and dreams
The clearer your ideas are, the easier it will be for you to capture them. Goals and objectives can be of any kind, such as finding a partner, buying a car, taking a cruise, having children, buying a pet, earning a lot of money, etc.
Anything you want, but try to make them SMART objectives, that is, specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.

2. Establish a place where you will place it
Get a surface where you will assemble your Vision Board, it can be a wall, a poster board, a cork board or a cardboard. It is important to materialize it clearly and have it at hand so that it is not forgotten.

3. Choose how you are going to represent each objective and goal
Remember that you should have only one goal per Vision Board so that you have better control, although to achieve a goal you will surely have several objectives and each objective should include several activities for its achievement.
You can choose images from magazines, photographs, add phrases, words, but above all try to find the prettiest ones, those that best represent your plans, so that every time you see your Vision Board you will be more excited to achieve your objectives.
4. Develop your Vision Board
Once you have the materials, develop your Vision Board. Write your main goal at the top, then the objectives and for each objective, the activities that will lead you to achieve that specific objective.
Arrange it with spaces in case you need to adjust something and personalize it to your liking. Now, place your Vision Board in a place where you see it daily and can keep all your goals in mind.

5. Achieve goals
Take daily actions to achieve your objectives, write down what you need to work on day by day in an agenda, this will help you to be organized and to achieve your objectives.
Once your Vision Board is ready, focus, use your imagination and visualize yourself fulfilling all your dreams, of course, working on them.
